• An advance/deposit may be required to hold dates. Absence of timely payment may release the tentative hold.
• Balance amounts, if any, must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Delay may impact service delivery.
• Add-ons (decor, catering upgrades, extra hours, equipment) are billed separately if not included in the package.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Inclusions

• Prices are typically quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Quotations are valid only for the period stated and are subject to change until booking confirmation.
• Only items/amenities listed in your confirmed proposal are included; all others are chargeable.

6. Venue Rules & Client Responsibilities

• Clients and guests must comply with local laws, venue capacity limits, safety norms, and timing restrictions.
• Damage to property, fixtures, or equipment caused by clients/guests/vendors will be chargeable.
• Outside vendors are permitted only with prior approval and must follow venue guidelines.
• Noise, fireworks, alcohol, and other regulated activities are subject to local authority permissions.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Website may link to third-party platforms (e.g., maps, social media) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

14. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:

• 30 days or more before event: 80% of advance refunded.
• 15–29 days before event: 50% of advance refunded.
• Less than 15 days before event: no refund.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and advance notice as described in that policy.

15. Changes to Services/Terms

We may modify services, pricing, packages, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or mediation requirements we mutually agree in writing.
